Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is a contract between you and Letsremit.com (“Letsremit”) and applies to your use of the Letsremit services (the "Services").

By registering for the Services, you must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. This Agreement is provided to you and concluded in English. You agree that any use by you of the Services shall constitute your acceptance of the Agreement and we recommend that you store or print-off a copy of the Agreement (including all policies) for your records.

Please read this Agreement carefully and make sure that you understand it fully before using the Services. Please note that if you do not accept this Agreement, you will not be able to use the Services.

1.Eligibility for the Services

Age and Capacity. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use the Service as a Sender. You must be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Other restrictions may apply.

Others. You may not submit or receive a transaction on behalf of any other person.

Residence within the UAE. People with valid UAE residents permits.

Offer and Acceptance. If you submit a transaction, you are requesting that we process your transaction, an offer that we may accept or reject at our sole discretion

2.Third Party Services

You acknowledge and agree that Letsremit may engage third party partners and providers in order to deliver you the Services.

By accepting and agreeing to the partner’s terms and conditions you expressly acknowledge that Letsremit acts as agent of the partner and that Letsremit shall have no liability for the actions or omissions of the third party partner.

3.Privacy Policy

We understand that your data, privacy and financial details are very important and we use our best efforts to protect it. We may collect and process information regarding your personal detail (name, date of birth, phone, email, address, card details, identity etc) and may share it with our partners to process your transaction. We also may share your details with local regulatory authorities if required or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any local regulations or know your customer requirements. We may collect data from you, your site visits and also other sources. We may also use cookies on our website to distinguish you from other users.

We will do our best to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website as unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Any transmission is at your own risk. We use procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access, but cannot guarantee the security of your data.

4.Refund Policy

You can cancel your transaction at anytime prior to it being completed or processed by our partners. Completion or processing by our partners means that your transaction has been sent to a third party for a deposit into recipient account or cash pick up. We will refund you the whole amount in 10 working days if the transaction is cancelled before completion or processing. We will not be able to refund any amount once the transaction has been processed for remittance from us and our partners. Please note that if there are any mistakes in the recipient details from your end, we will not be liable for any damages or refunds.


We are required to provide certain information to you in writing. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically either by email or by posting notices on the Letsremit website.

6.Events Outside Of Our Control

If we are unable to perform our obligations under this Agreement because of factors beyond our control, including a change of law, an event of Force Majeure, withdrawal of a currency or the imposition of sanctions over a country or beneficiary, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably practicable and will use reasonable endeavours to secure the return of any money paid by you in respect of which we have been unable to discharge our obligations under this Agreement. We will not have any liability to you where we are unable to perform our obligations.

7.Entire Agreement

This Agreement and any document expressly referred to in it constitutes the whole agreement between us and supersedes any previous discussions, correspondence, arrangements or understandings between us.

8.Law And Jurisdiction

The provision of the Service and any dispute or claim arising out of the provision of the Service is governed by English law.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Service will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9.Customer care and resolutions
